I found this somewhat interesting. Students would ask questions either by typing or even by talking which was pretty cool.

Next door there was another classroom going on. I was not sure what they were learning but it seemed more interesting than what we were studying.

Overall, I found my Smooth Jazz Concert experience much more rewarding than the classroom setting, but it was probably just because I wasn’t that interested in what was being tough.

My avatar was even able to dance and I danced with a woman. It was very cool to see my avatar bust it onto the dance floor.

I thought the whole setup was interesting. A venue hosts an artist and she performs a live show. She would even address the audience by their avatar’s name so that we knew it was a live show. She even took requests for songs of hers! I thought that was incredible. The sound quality was great and everyone would cheer and applause between each song. Every had a very polite edict which added to the experience. For example, If you wanted to dance but their was an odd number of people you would have to ask to “cut in” with another couple and then wait until the next song to dance.

The setup of the island was that of a city, every building belonging to Ernst & Young. You could go into each building and seek more information about the company. I found it very interesting that a very successful company such as Ernst & Young would also have an island on SL.

There was also information such as internships and summer programs such as the one shown here. I thought it was a creative alternative resource to the generic option of merely looking up this information online through a search engine. I also wondered how often this island was used and if they actually had meetings here.

 I thought it was very creative and was a very good learning tool.  Hogiebear Starship and I also found some blue cylinders at one of the corners of the island.

The last thing I discovered was an arena which I thought was very interesting.
